Schutte Multi-Spindle Machines
Six and eight spindle automatic lathes are Schütte specialties, with bar machines ranging from 4-100mm and chuckers up to 200mm in capacity.
F-Series (type S): 6 and 8 spindle precision cam machines up to 51mm capacity with or without CNC slides.

Flexibility is common to the machines. Reduced set-up times, precision cams that avoid adjustment of fixed stops, and options such as the Schütte Quick-Change Tool System suit these machines to fast small batch production.
Precision results from three-part Hirth couplings, a stable cast mineral compound machine bed minimizes thermal influence. The unique spindle bearing design allows high spindle speeds.
Design Modularity allow the same tool holders, cams, attachments, change gears and optional equipment to be used on a number of Schütte models.
User-Friendliness with mobile operator consoles, electronic guidance and diagnostic systems, plus simplified operation and easy-access maintenance contribute to ease of use.
The famous Schütte block is the heart of each machine. It allows independent control of the tools, optimizing the cutting capacity of each. The unique Schütte block was developed and patented in 1945 and continues to feature as the heart of all Schuette multi-Spindle Lathes.

F-Series Type S
The conventional cam controlled machine from Schuette renowned worldwide for its dependability and accuracy. With the possibility of CNC compound slides in upper and lower positions and electronic fine adjustment this machine is designed to match the requirements of conventional multi-spindle users.
